We made a service appointment but canceled it when we drove by and saw the dealership didn’t seem to have enough room for our large RV. Tge parking areas were up steep hills and we didn’t want to chance scraping the bottom of our RV. The staff was very friendly! Nothing wrong we just didn’t find the location a good fit for our RV. We went to Preston Ford in Burton Ohio instead.

Best car buying experience I've had so far. Eric didn't try to sell me on a specific thing. He found out what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend and made it work for me.

Thought the people were friendly. Went in for the works package and didn't even fill up the window wash fluid which shows as low 2 days after appt. Also didn't wash car off. Maybe not all dealers do that but that has always been the common practice of Ford dealers in Michigan. $120 for works package should get what you pay for. Disappointing not to fill window wash fluid especially since its winter.

Valley Ford Truck went above and beyond to fix a recall for my 2021 expedition. They also got me in quickly to fix a broken windshield wiper in the winter and arranged a ride for me with Julia, who was fantastic. I recommend Valley Ford Truck for service needs.

Competent, but slow turnaround as this is a fairly high-volume operation. There is a comfortable enough lounge area, but it's hard to be productive there, through no fault on their part. They're happy to give you a ride to someplace local, but you may want to arrange your own if you'd rather get someplace else while you wait.

Very impressed. Jacob was professional, clean, respectful and offered helpful information I was never given by my previous maintenance group in the four years I have owned my car or the three it was leased from a previous dealership. You can't see it, but he had about 3-4 inches on either side of his mirrors backing in my narrow driveway. God bless him.

I helped my dad pick up his truck he was having serviced here. I was appalled at the lack of customer service. First of all, no one called him to inform him that the truck was ready to be picked up. He had to call THEM almost 3 weeks after dropping off the truck. They said, "sure, it's ready to be picked up; It will be (approximately) $4,500." When we got there (a 1/2 hour drive), no one looked up from their counter to greet him or help him. He was tossed around to 3 different people. One poor woman was finally given the job of handing him the work order, which noted that the truck was ready 5 days prior! Then she informed him that, since he was going to use a credit card to pay for the $4,500 of work done, he was going to be charged a 3% NON-NEGOTIABLE surcharge. Do the math. That's another $130+ just to use a credit card!!!!! He was NEVER informed of this charge during the phone call that morning. She noted that signs were posted in the other room; neither my dad nor I noticed them. When I went back there to look, I noted that they are well below eye-line, & one of them was ripped almost completely in half; not easy to notice or to read. More over, after looking at the work order, he had questions on exactly what work was done & how their inspection & test drive went once the work was completed. We went back to the service department to ask to speak with the mechanic who worked on the truck. Again, none of them looked up from their desks; made themselves look busy so they didn't have to deal with us. We were finally helped by a young man who pulled up the work order & went out to the shop to get the mechanic. Michael, the mechanic, was pleasant & answered our questions. Thank you, Michael. While perusing the work order, my dad saw that a "stock fee" for miscellaneous hardware, grease, etc. was charged even though the Service Manager, Eric Durham, told him he would waive that fee. Stock charge is 11% of the labor, which totaled to more than $150. My Dad obviously had to get the truck back, so he paid the full bill with his credit card, including the 3% surcharge. He was very disappointed with the way everything was handled. So much so, that he called Valley Ford when he got home. He asked to speak with Eric Durham, the service manager. Jacob, who answered the phone, informed my dad that Eric was gone for the day. My dad asked Jacob to please leave a message for Eric to return the call. That was 2 days ago; my dad has not heard from Eric. What a major disappointment. This is not an easy place to get to, especially in a car or truck that needs work. How are people supposed to trust these guys to service their car correctly without gouging their wallets?!? Promises were made that were not honored, and fees were slapped on at the end transaction like it was no big deal! I think it goes without saying that my dad will not be using these guys in the future & he will be telling everyone he knows (& he knows a lot of construction guys who own trucks & vans) about his terrible experience. My take-away: price gouge, cash-grab. I hope his truck was fixed properly. No recommendation. Oh, and by the way, Eric, please call my dad back! *******************FOLLOW-UP****************** Please note that, less than 2 hours after I posted the above, my dad received a phone call from Dave, the General Manager at Valley Ford. During that conversation, Dave made it clear that, upon reading my review, he wanted to make things right with my dad. He said that my dad was failed in three different ways by Dave's customer service staff, and that he wanted to make things right for his customer. He offered to either reverse the percentage charge for using the credit card, or that he would send his mobile unit TO MY DAD the next time his truck needs an oil change & tire rotation. FREE OF CHARGE. My dad has chosen the latter. Thank you, Dave, for reaching out to my dad! He is grateful for the time you took to discuss your displeasure with his experience and your offer & promise to make things right for him. Mr. Ford would be proud.

Scheduling a service appointment online appointment is easy and the maintenance/repairs were completed in good time. The parts for a recall had to be ordered and when they came in, a mobile appointment was set up to complete the repair. They came to our house, eliminating the need to return to the dealership. Very satisfied with the service.
